The protection of mental privacy in the area of neuroscience - Societal, legal and ethical challenges
The increasing spread and accessibility of neurotechnologies raises ethical, data protection and social questions. Organisations such as the Neurorights Foundation are therefore calling for the introduction of neurorights. This study addresses challenges and proposals for regulation and analyses them from an interdisciplinary perspective.
